Michael Zomber has had many ups and downs over the last few years. He was exonerated from federal prison in 2011. While incarcerated, Zomber used the experience to do some real soul searching. Not only did he do many things inside to help other prisoners such as researching court cases and helping them attain GEDs, he also did what he does best: write.
Zomber is the author of several highly-acclaimed novels. He is also one of the world’s foremost authorities on antique weaponry. His 40 years of experience is featured on the History Channel show: Tales of the Gun.
Several of Zomber’s novels are to the back drop of war and chaos. He is a storyteller that loves to draw the reader into the realities of war and how it tears families apart.
Zomber was born to the parents of two German immigrants and raised in Pennsylvania. He received a BA from the University of Illinois and a MA from UCLA. He embarked on a writing career shortly after having left college.
Zomber and his wife own a production company that has produced a number of films. He is a huge philanthropist and has given thousands of dollars to many organizations like UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders and Operation Smile.
